These policies are in place to ensure your shopping experience aligns with your expectations and to support your buying decisions with complete transparency.

Can I return the goods?
At Cozyology Curtains, our curtains are not just products but a showcase of dedicated craftsmanship and detailed personalization. Our skilled artisans carefully craft each curtain to your specific preferences, making every piece unique and exclusively yours. Because of this individualized approach, we are unable to accept returns on these custom-made items, as they are not suitable for restocking or reselling. This includes:
- Customized Drapes: Individually tailored to your specifications, they are uniquely yours and cannot be returned.
- Fabric Swatches and Sample Booklets: These are provided for your convenience to ensure satisfaction before ordering. As such, they are considered a final sale to uphold hygiene and quality.
- Hardware is accepted returns.
Conditions Not Eligible for Return:
● Misinterpretation of product images; detailed photos are provided.
● Incorrectly fitting items made according to provided measurements.
● Dislike of color, weight, or texture; ordering samples is recommended.
● Change of mind or no longer wanting the item.
● Customer errors in ordering.
● Size variations within +/- 1 inch, as per industry standard.
● Color variations due to dye lots or addition of liners to curtains.
Returnable:
In exceptional cases, we are happy to accept returns. If you notice an issue with your product, please contact us immediately with a detailed description of the problem.
Feel free to include a photo to better illustrate the issue, along with your order number. We will work swiftly to repair or remake the product to match the original specifications, minimizing any inconvenience to you. Please note that the original drapes and shades will need to be returned.
Returns are accepted in the following circumstances:
● Items made incorrectly.
● Incorrect liner type used.
● Not as described.
● Wrong Color.
Hardware can be returned or refunded within 30 days of receipt, provided they meet both of the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, broken, or incorrect in size/color upon arrival.
- The item is unused, with tags still attached, and has not been altered.
Return Address
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return address. Please provide a valid tracking number with the name of your chosen shipping carrier. Our warehouse will not accept any return packages without this information. And please do not send goods through the cash-on-delivery service.
NOTE: Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address provided by our customer service even if you are using your own shipping.
Return Time Limit
Any reasonable return request will be accepted and handled within 30 days upon your receipt. Overdue return request might be rejected. We remind you to check the products as soon as you receive them.
Exchange
If your curtains don't fit perfectly due to incorrect measurements, don't hesitate to reach out to us. We will collaborate with you to find the best solution, from adjusting a wider panel to offering a 50% discount on a replacement set if needed, valid within 30 days of your original order. Plus, you can request free size adjustments within 24 hours of placing your order.
About quality issues
The item is damaged or severely discolored. The size, color, and fabrics that are different from your imagination due to our photos and descriptions are not quality issues. If the product is damaged before you receive it, you can return or exchange it.
About Color
The camera's perspective and the extent of lighting may cause a little color difference. we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. Hope you could understand.
What about the return shipping fee?
There is no handling fee for the return and exchange, but you need to bear all the freight (Including the shipping cost at the time of delivery) incurred by the return and exchange. All shipping fees are at the customer's expense.
About Refund
-After receiving and reviewing your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you to approve or reject your refund.
-If you are approved, we will process your refund. Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 working days after receiving your return package.
-All refunds will be made using the payment method used for the original transaction. Credit/Debit card account refund: within 3-7 days.
-All original shipping fees are non-refundable.
