At Cozyology, most of our products are made-to-order and crafted specifically to your unique measurements and fabric selections. Because these items cannot be restocked or resold, we ask that you review our policy carefully to ensure total confidence in your purchase.

The Custom Guarantee (Non-Returnable Items)

Once production begins, made-to-order products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange for non-quality issues. This includes:

  • Custom Products: Drapes, Shades, and custom-size Hardware.
  • Personal Preferences: Issues regarding "change of mind," dislike of color/texture, or misinterpretation of digital images.
  • Sizing & Fit: Items made correctly according to your confirmed measurements that do not fit your space as expected.
  • Industry Standards: Minor variations within industry tolerances (±1/2" for drapes; ±1/4" for shades) and natural dye lot variations.
  • Expert Tip: To ensure you love your final look, we strongly recommend ordering fabric swatches before placing a custom order.

When We’ve Made a Mistake (Eligible for Remake)

Length-adjustable hardware (non-custom) may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
  • The item arrived damaged or defective.
  • Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

How to Submit a Request

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please email care@cozyology.com with:

  1. Your Order Number.
  2. Clear photos of the product and the original inner/outer packaging.
  3. A brief description of the issue.
  4. Please do not send items back to the sender's address without prior approval and a provided return address.
  5. "Oops" Protection (Discounted Remake Support)

We know mistakes happen! If you provided incorrect measurements or realized you chose the wrong style after the 24-hour change window, we offer a "Safety Net" discount for remakes submitted within 30 days of delivery:
