We are committed to providing timely and reliable delivery for all your purchases. Below you will find detailed information on shipping policies, including freight charges, delivery times, shipping carriers, and any applicable restrictions. Our goal is to ensure a seamless and satisfactory experience from order to delivery. Please review the following sections to understand how we manage and fulfill your shipping needs.

Order Confirm

Immediately after your order is placed, an Order Confirmation email with a summary of your order as well as your shipping and billing details will be sent to you. When your shipping label is created, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed, your items will be prepared for shipping. Most items take 7-10 business days to be processed while some may take up to 5-7 business days. While we work hard to ensure your order is prepared for shipping as quickly as possible, some items may have longer processing time. This is just an estimate and does not include weekends, holidays or any issues that the carrier encounters making the delivery. In such circumstances, you will be notified by email of the delay.

We ship from our warehouse from Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please allow up to 24 hours to process your order.

It is recommended that you calculate the arrival time and purchase in advance.

 

About Customs Duty and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, any customs or import duties on deliveries to other countries are charged once the parcel reaches its destination. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted, Value Added Tax (VAT) rates are set by the destination country.

Free shipping is only available during specific promotional periods. Please check our website for details on current promotions.

 

Shipping Time Accuracy

-Customized Drapes: 7 business days, Shipping Carriers: UPS, FedEx, or DHL

-Fabric Swatches: 3-5 business days, Shipping Carriers: Mostly USPS

-Accessories: 5-8 business days, Shipping Carriers: UPS, FedEx, or DHL

The estimated shipping times on our website are for reference and are accurate for 95% of orders.


Transport Restrictions

- We do not ship to military addresses or PO Boxes.
- Please ensure all shipping addresses are valid street addresses, whether for offices or residences.
- We do not accommodate requests for specific shipping carriers.

About Delivery Time

Express orders placed Saturday - Sunday will be shipped the following Monday (excluding holidays). All Standard and International Standard orders placed before 11pm PT Monday - Friday will be shipped the next business day.

Specific Situation

Our delivery promise to you is to do our utmost to ensure that you receive the items you have purchased as soon as possible within the guarantee period. In certain circumstances, such as traffic accidents, extreme weather conditions or unforeseen technical problems. We may be unable to fulfil your delivery in accordance with these terms. If this occurs, we will make our best efforts to deliver your order as soon as we possibly can.

Shipping Delays

Due to higher order volume and inclement weather during the holiday season,  some shipping carriers may experience shipping delays. We apologize for any disappointment, and we thank you for your patience and understanding!
