Understanding Cancellation Policy

Immediate Cancellation - Full Refund: If you need to cancel your order within 12 hours after order confirmation, we will provide a full, unconditional refund. This allows you a window of flexibility should your circumstances change shortly after purchase.

Cancellation During Production - Partial Refund: Cancellations made after 12 hours from order confirmation and before the order has been shipped will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the product price. This fee compensates for the production work already initiated and resources allocated to your order.

Post-Shipment Cancellation - No Refund: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the courier's name and a tracking number. At this stage, the order cannot be canceled, and we are unable to offer a refund. This is due to the fact that your custom order is already on its way to you and cannot be redirected or repurposed.
