The ordering process is easy from the website for someone like me with zero knowledge in curtains and tracks, with the help of ChatGPT. The price is very reasonable and the quality is good. The only downside is the wait time is weeks. But this is not an issue for us. The ceiling track is relatively easy to install, as the length is adjustable. The YouTube installation guide is helpful, although I still needed to figure out whether there were studs behind the drywall, where to drill, and which mounting brackets were for each side of the track. Eventually, we were able to complete the installation and the curtains look gorgeous. Great product. Fingers crossed that it does not fall down!
Aside from the length issue, I am extremely happy with the draperies. The quality is amazing, and the fabric is absolutely beautiful. They look wonderful in my family room, and I am very pleased with my choice. Thank you again for all your help, patience, and for working with me to make this right.
