Since each curtain is custom-made, other returns are not accepted—but we’ll work with you to find the best solution, including a 50% discount on a replacement for incorrect measurements.

Sizing Guide
For linen materials, we recommend selecting two separate Roman shades for window widths over 78 inches. This ensures optimal functionality and longevity, as wider shades may become too heavy to maintain proper support.

To measure for an outside mount, add 3 inches to both the width and height of your window to allow for full coverage. Ensure the window frame or wall can support the mounting hardware.
Yes. If your window casing width is 50", you should order width 49-5/8".(deduct 3/8 inch by yourself)
For an inside mount, the window depth should be at least 2.5 inches to accommodate linen Roman shades properly. If the depth is less than this, consider an outside mount for a better fit.
