Kelsie wanted each space to feel elevated, warm, and comfortable for everyday family life. In the living and dining rooms, layered window treatments transformed the large windows with softness, depth, and a more finished look.
In the nursery, the priority was dependable darkness for daytime naps without the bulky appearance often associated with blackout curtains. Cozyology helped balance beauty and function in every room.

Design Process and Collaboration with Cozyology
Living & Dining:
Kelsie selected Cassandra Cotton Motorized Roman Shades in Neutral to bring warmth, privacy, and simple remote-controlled function to the two large windows.
She layered them with Lena Pleated Drapes in Soft Pebble. After reviewing swatches, the color felt right for the room—rich and cozy, with beautiful depth, an easy glide, and a tailored shape.
Incorporating Cozyology:
Pairing Cozyology’s drapes with Roman shades created the ideal combination: softness and dimension from the drapery, with flexible privacy and light control from the shades.
Challenges Overcome with Cozyology
For her baby boy’s nursery, Kelsie needed a room that could become truly dark for daytime naps. Typical blackout curtains often felt too bulky for the soft, considered space she was creating.
Livia Linen Pleated Drapes in Driftwood Beige delivered both sides of the brief. The fabric hangs beautifully and the blackout lining darkens the room, while the warm neutral tone feels at home in the golf-inspired nursery.
