    Trimming: If you notice any loose or frayed fibers, carefully trim them with scissors. Do not pull, as this may damage the weave.

    Ventilation: Keep shades in a dry, well-ventilated space. Avoid bathrooms or other high-humidity areas, as excess moisture may cause natural fibers to warp or develop mildew.

    Operation & Charging: Use the remote control gently—avoid pulling or tugging on the shade. No battery removal needed; simply plug in the included charging cable to recharge. A full charge takes just 6 hours and typically lasts 3 to 6 months, depending on usage.

Since each shade is custom-made, other returns are not accepted—but we’ll work with you to find the best solution, including a discounted replacement for incorrect measurements — 45% off with air shipping or 65% off with sea shipping, within 30 days of delivery.

    If your desired width is over 94 inches, we suggest ordering two separate bamboo shades. This allows for easier operation and helps maintain the clean, tailored look of your windows.

    • Adjustment: Please manually deduct 3/8 inch for smooth operation.

    Outside Mount

    • Measure the outside width and height of your window frame, adding extra height above if desired.
    • Appearance: Refined, framing the window with a clean, modern look.
    • Depth: No minimum window frame depth requirement.
    • Light Blocking: Provides more coverage for maximum light-blocking.
    • Recommendation: Add 2-4 inches to the width for better light blocking.

    Do I need to subtract 3/8 inch when ordering inside mount Woven shades?

    Yes. If your window casing width is 50", you should order width 49-5/8".(deduct 3/8 inch by yourself)
    How do I choose the right remote control for my motorized shades?

    If you're controlling just one shade, a 1-channel remote is simple and effective. For multiple shades, a 16-channel remote lets you manage each one individually or all at once.
    How are motorized handwoven shades powered?

    These shades run on a rechargeable battery motor. Once fully charged, it can typically operate for several months, depending on usage.
    Can I still use the shades during a power outage?

    Yes. Since the motor is battery-operated, your shades will continue to function normally even without electricity.
