Quick Answers Before You Order
Are fabric swatches free?
Yes, our swatches are free — we only charge a small shipping fee. When you place an order for drapery or shades, you’ll receive a $10 gift card to offset that cost.
When will I receive my order?
We begin production the same day your order is placed. Your custom drapery will be ready in 5–8 days and delivered within 7 business days after that.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check the status anytime on our Order Tracking page.
Can I combine discounts?
Only one discount can be applied per order.
Can I use a gift card with a discount code?
Yes! Gift cards can be used alongside discount codes and are applied during the next checkout step.
What if I need to make changes to my order?
Contact us within 12 hours after your Shopify order confirmation email is sent to request free changes or cancellation. After 12 hours and before shipment, changes or cancellation are subject to a 15% fee. After shipment, they are not available. See our Cancellation & Adjustment Policy.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
If there’s a size discrepancy of more than 1 inch or the wrong color was sent, we’ll gladly accept a return. Please refer to our Returns page for full details.
