Do I order one panel or a pair?
Each quantity is one curtain panel. Set quantity to 2 for a pair that meets in the middle, and enter the coverage width for each panel. See the panel size guide.
How do I enter the width for each panel?
Order width is the rod or track span covered by one panel, not its flat fabric width. For pleated headers, fullness is included. Use the measurement examples, and check the pleat quantity and stacked width guide when planning the space beside your window.
How do I choose a lining?
Compare light control and privacy in the lining guide, then select the option that fits your room in the product configurator.
Are hooks, rings, and a rod or track included?
Included items depend on the product and selected header. Check the current product options and header guide; rings and a rod or track may be purchased separately. Use the curtain weight calculator when confirming hardware capacity, or browse compatible hardware.
Can I add Memory Shape?
Memory Shape is available only when shown for your selected product, header, and size in the product options. See the Memory Shape guide for how it works.
What if my measurements need to change?
Use the measurement tool before ordering. If you notice a mistake after placing an order, contact us promptly; available changes and remake options depend on the order stage and the Returns & Refunds Policy.
When will my curtains arrive?
Production and transit both affect delivery. Check the current Shipping Policy for timing and possible holiday or carrier delays. Your order confirmation and tracking provide the latest order-specific updates.
How should I care for my curtains?
Check the Fabric Care guide and the care information for your selected product before cleaning. Temporary shipping creases may relax after hanging; use only a care method approved for that fabric. If steaming is approved for your fabric, steam gently on low heat, gather the folds, and tie them loosely for 48 hours. Watch the curtain training guide. If you are unsure, ask our team first.
How many pleats will my pleated curtains have?
As a general guide: 13 pleats for 50-inch width, 17 for 72-inch width, 20 for 84-inch width, and 24 for 100-inch width. The exact count may vary slightly with your track or pole length. View the pleat quantity guide.
How much space will the curtains occupy when open?
Stacking width is the space the curtains occupy when fully drawn to one side. Use the stacked width guide to plan the clear space beside the window or doorway.
Can I estimate the curtain weight before purchasing?
Yes. Use the curtain weight calculator to check that your rod or track can support the finished curtains without sagging or deforming.
